Anyone wishing to coach with Jeffersonville Soccer Club is required by the following:

JSC – Coaches Required Clearances (Every 60 months) and Training (Annually)

May 2020

Clearances 

1. 1. Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History (required every 60 months) – https://epatch.pa.gov/home
   2. Department of Human Services Child Abuse History (required every 60 months) – https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home
   3. Federal Bureau of Investigations Fingerprint check (required every 60 months):
      1. For all paid positions, an FBI fingerprint check must be completed.  See this site for more info:  https://uenroll.identogo.com/
      2. For unpaid positions, where Pennsylvania resident of 10 years or more, a DISCLOSURE STATEMENT APPLICATION FOR VOLUNTEERS must be completed.  Here is the form to be completed: Disclosure Statement Application for Volunteers.pdf
      3. For unpaid position, where Individual has not been a resident of Pennsylvania for more than 10 years, an FBI fingerprint check must be completed.  See this site for more info:  http://keepkidssafe.pa.gov/resources/clearances/index.htm 

Coaches Required Training 

1. Concussion Training (required annually) – CDC Heads Up Course
   1. • Please remember to save the certificate in a file for future upload.
2. Safe Sport Training (required annually) – SafeSport Training Course

• Please remember to save the certificate in a file for future upload.
• Anyone who took the course last year will be eligible for a shorter refresher course as long as you use the same email that your originally used with SafeSport.
